Hey! I'm Steph. I am currently a junior in high school and I am writing a blog about different movies and books that I have read for my journalism class. So onto the first movie.
THE GLEE 3D CONCERT: Did you want to go to the Glee summer tour but couldn't because you were scheduled to work or didn't get tickets to see the concert, well you are in luck the Glee cast made the concert into a 3D movie. It is a documentary that was actually shot during the live concert. The movie to me was quite amazing! Throughout the movie they had little clips on the biggest glee fans who all had a special story to share. Their stories were inspiring and moving. The stories were about the series influence on their life. One of the people is gay, one with asperger syndrome and the last person is a cheerleader with dwarfism. I personally thought that some people were crying in the theater. It was an amazing concert! But there was one downfall, I personally don't think that there was enough 3D things. I mean you pay about 5 extra dollars to watch it in 3D, I would expect it to have things pop out at you. This movie was directed by Kevin Tancharoen, and stars Cory Monteith as Finn Hudson, Dianna Agron as Quinn Fabray, and Lea Michele as Rachel Berry. The Glee series was written by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan. The movie was shot in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The movie contains behind the scenes footage, and all the songs are from the movie were the songs that the Glee cast sung during the first two seasons of the Fox show. I personally thought this was a great movie! Old and young. The movie is only rated PG so it is a great movie for any Glee fan! :)
