Criminal Minds!

So I don't know about most of you but I am so excited! Tonight Criminal Minds returns! Only 2 hours and 57 minutes! I love Criminal Minds! Everything about that show is just amazing.
Criminal Minds actually made me realize that when I go to college I want to go for Criminology or Forensic Psychology. I just know I want to do something related to that.
Okay so back to Criminal Minds. I don't know if you saw the season finale last season and saw that JJ( AJ Cook) was back. Which made you totally freak out because JJ was your favorite character on the show, till she left. :( Well I did! I just want to know if JJ will stay! I REALLY hope she does.
Oh, and I can't forget about seeing Reid( Matthew Gray Gubler) again.  God I personally think his geekyness is hot. Is that just me? Well whatever, Reid is still amazing! Then there's Garcia( Kirsten Vangsness) the one who's amazing with technology and computers.
I can't forget about Prentiss( Paget Brewster) who at the end of last season "died". Well she didn't actually die only a couple of the team members know that she didn't die and she just changed her name and moved.
I totally forgot that some people reading this probably are like why is this person going on about everything that currently happened, but is not telling us what Criminal Minds is about. Well Criminal Minds is about a team of profilers from the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit in Quantico, Virginia who in every episode who focus on the criminals in that have done the crime, not the crime itself. Criminal Minds was created by Jeff Davis. There is currently six seasons of Criminal Minds and the seventh starts tonight! Well only 2 hours and 34 minutes till it starts! :)

Taylor Swift! :)

Taylor Swift. Most people know her as the country singer who falls in love with every guy she dates and then writes a song about them.
But what most people don't know that she started her career when she was only 10. It might have not been national yet but at the age of ten a computer repairman showed her how to play three strings on the guitar, which lead her to write her very first song, "Lucky You".
When Taylor was little she didn't fit into school and was a victim of bullying which inspired her to write her emotions.
At the age of 14 the Swift family moved to Nashville, Tennessee so Taylor could pursue her singer/songwriter career. Her first major performance was at the Bloomsburg Fair. When Taylor was only 14 she got noticed from Scott Borchetta, who signed her to his label, Big Machine Records.
She now has three records with Big Machine Records. "Taylor Swift", "Fearless", and "Speak Now". Her records have sold millions of copies within the first week of sales.
Her song writing can relate to most teenage girls. I know that I can personally relate to most of her songs. Whenever I feel down, or am in a bad mood I just listen to Taylor Swift.
She writes about real things, she's not afraid to hold anything back. Her song "Forever&Always" is about her relationship with Joe Jonas. She will even sometimes but the guys name into the song.
Some people say that her songs are all the same and she can't write anything else but about love. But in reality her songs are real. They can relate to any teenage girl. I personally love Taylor Swift and I don't care if people hate her. I think her songs are inspiring and just real.

Glee: The 3D Concert Movie

Hey! I'm Steph. I am currently a junior in high school and I am writing a blog about different movies and books that I have read for my journalism class. So onto the first movie.

THE GLEE 3D CONCERT: Did you want to go to the Glee summer tour but couldn't because you were scheduled to work or didn't get tickets to see the concert, well you are in luck the Glee cast made the concert into a 3D movie. It is a documentary that was actually shot during the live concert. The movie to me was quite amazing! Throughout the movie they had little clips on the biggest glee fans who all had a special story to share. Their stories were inspiring and moving. The stories were about the series influence on their life. One of the people is gay, one with asperger syndrome and the last person is a cheerleader with dwarfism. I personally thought that some people were crying  in the theater. It was an amazing concert!  But there was one downfall, I personally don't think that there was enough 3D things. I mean you pay about 5 extra dollars to watch it in 3D, I would expect it to have things pop out at you. This movie was directed by Kevin Tancharoen, and stars Cory Monteith as Finn Hudson, Dianna Agron as Quinn Fabray, and Lea Michele as Rachel Berry.  The Glee series was written by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan. The movie was shot in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The movie contains behind the scenes footage, and all the songs are from the movie were the songs that the Glee cast sung during the first two seasons of the Fox show. I personally thought this was a great movie! Old and young. The movie is only rated PG so it is a great movie for any Glee fan! :)
